about the role

We are ready to make a huge impact on how YouTube marketing works and support marketers to enhance their channel experience and demand generation with a data driven approach. Therefore we need you to step in as our Senior Business Development Manager and support us in scaling up across Europe.

  • develop, plan and execute direct sales strategies across Europe to 3x our revenue in 2022
  • build processes and a knowledge base to make our sales function more scalable
  • leverage and grow your network of marketing executives of enterprise companies
  • develop sales and product marketing collateral (go-to-market strategies)
  • analyze and report your most relevant KPI’s directly to the CSO and CEO and make an impact on tubics' success by proactively driving initiatives to improve them
  • analyze campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape

about you

  • 2-6+ years B2B SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience
  • strong understanding of technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech products)
  • solid understanding of modern (digital) marketing techniques (PPC, SEO, HTML, CSS)
  • experience using automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, Unbounce, etc
  • acquisition and lead generation experience
