The Council is also granted ‘Charity’ and ‘Institutions of Public Character (IPC)’ status for purposes of managing the sponsorship funds and donations. Mission 1. To create safer roads for all through research, benchmarking, collaboration and partnership with stakeholders. 2. To save lives and prevent casualties on the roads through leadership, public education and advocacy. 3. To serve as a focal point to initiate, innovate and implement road safety programmes that will reduce the number of traffic accidents in Singapore.
